It is Glownet's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
1. Website Visitors

For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account on glownet.com to provide a username, full name, password, country and city of residence and email address. Those who engage in transactions - for example, buying or selling a ticket with Glownet – are asked to provide additional information, including, as necessary, the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. Glownet does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. 3. Aggregated Statistics
Glownet may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Glownet may monitor the most popular events on the Glownet.com site. Glownet may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Glownet does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
4. Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
Glownet discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors, event organizers and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Glownet's behalf or to provide services available on Glownet.com, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors, event organizers and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Glownet.com, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. If you are a registered user of Glownet.com, have supplied your email address and have provided permission for an event organizer to contact you about future events, these event organizers may occasionally contact you through the Glownet platform to update you about events you registered to or purchased ticket to, or to inform you about upcoming events. Event organizers who have not requested your email address can only contact you through the Glownet platform. You can always revoke an event organizer’s permission to contact you.
5. Cookies
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Glownet uses cookies to help identify and track visitors, their usage of Glownet.com, and their website access preferences. Glownet visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Glownet.com, with the drawback that certain features of Glownet.com may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
6. Business Transfers
If Glownet, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Glownet goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Glownet may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
7. Ads
Ads appearing on our website may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies.
